  • How do you clean baby transport items?
    All Baby Transport items are fully cleaned using non toxic products. They are also steam cleaned and sanitised, the plastics are dressed and items given a final safety check.
  • Are the products you use baby safe?
    Yes. All the products we use at PramCare are rigorously tested and certified as being safe for use with babies. We take the safety and wellbeing of your little ones very seriously and only use the highest quality products.
  • How long does it take?
    Times vary per item depending on condition but as an example, a car seat will take 30mins to clean where as a single pram will take 1 hour to clean.
  • Will my items be dry on collection?
    Most of the items we clean are totally dry on collection. However, some items require a deeper cleaning and so may be slightly damp on collection. Dont worry though, they will dry very quickly if left in a warm room for a brief period of time.
  • Do I need to book in advance for services at PramCare?
    No. We welcome walk-in customers and we are open 7 days a week. However we recommend booking your service in advance to ensure that our team has the time and resources to properly care for your pram. You can book a service appointment online on our services page.
  • Can I pay with card?
    Yes, we accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payment. You can also pay with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Do you offer gift vouchers?
    Yes, we offer gift vouchers at PramCare. You can purchase them in store or online. Gift vouchers can be used to purchase any service from our store and are valid for 60 months from the date of purchase.
  • Do you repair items?
    No. We currently do not offer a repair service on baby transport items.
